Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-Day Window: You have 14 days (or up to 30 days, depending on your business choice) from the date you receive your item to request a return or an exchange.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges: We offer one free exchange per order for a different size or color of the same item, subject to inventory availability.

Exempt and Non-Returnable Items In accordance with standard retail practices, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Opened media products (such as software, audio/video recordings, or digital downloads).

  • Final sale items (clearance items). Please note that regular promotional sale items are still eligible for returns unless marked as "Final Sale."

Refunds & Restocking Fees

  • Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Restocking Fee: Returns for reasons other than item defects or shipping errors may be subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at tidyswefbiz21@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a photo or video description of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations You may request to cancel your order before it ships. If the order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process outlined above once the package arrives. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors, in which case a full refund will be issued immediately.

Store Credit & Gift Cards

  • Store Credit: Store credits issued for returns are valid for at least 2 years from the date of issue.

  • Gift Cards: Purchased gift cards and gift certificates do not expire for at least 5 years from the date of purchase, in compliance with federal law.
